SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED I CALL IN JANUARY RE INTEREST RATES CONCERNING PURCHASING MY (ENDED) LEASED CAR, SPOKE WITH MIKE D. HE QUOTED 3.9%. WHEN I SAT DOWN WITH JAMES VU TO C I CALL IN JANUARY RE INTEREST RATES CONCERNING PURCHASING MY (ENDED) LEASED CAR, SPOKE WITH MIKE D. HE QUOTED 3.9%. WHEN I SAT DOWN WITH JAMES VU TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK, I WAS TOLD THAT THE RATE WAS 6.09%, SHOCKED. I TOLD HIM I WAS QUOTED 3.9% BY MIKE. AFTER MIKE INVESTIGATED, HE WAS TOLD THAT THE RATE WAS FOR JANUARY AND CHANGED IN FEBRUARY. I FEEL SOMEWHAT BETRAYED BECAUSE THAT WAS IMPORTANT INFO THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD AT MY INITIAL INQUIRY. IF I HAD BEEN TOLD, I WOULD HAVE STARTED THE PROCESS IN JANUARY. NOW I HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER INTEREST RATE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S MISTAKE AT NORTHSIDE LEXUS. I FEEL THAT I STILL SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE QUOTED RATE. I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN NORTHSIDE AND AS A RESULT, WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO MAKE ANOTHER CAR DECISION, I MAY VISIT ANOTHER DEALER, EVEN THOUGH I AM VERY FOND OF MIKE DRISCOLL AND HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR HIM.
