Coming in to the process, my husband and I were prepared for a very different experience than what we encountered. From the first phone call to the final handshake we were treated with honesty and respect from every individual we encountered. There was not a moment during the process that we felt like we were at the losing end of a deal or being deceived which was wonderful as it was our first time buying and doing a trade in simultaneously. It is very obvious that customer service is at the heart of this business and the staff truly desires customers to be pleased with their experience; we will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from them! In fact 2 of the dealerships I could not find anyone to help and when I did they acted put out they had to work. Mike, Ron and Brad were helpful from the minute I walked on the premises. They had an outstanding attitude and were easy to deal with. The deal took a total of 15 minutes to negotiate which was a pleasure. The paperwork took about 20 minutes. I was in the car business for 4 years and I can tell you that Richmond Car and Truck do it the correct way. I would recommend them to anyone. The next car I buy will be from Mike and his crew. More

Second time buying, best experience yet. This is my second time buying a car, but first from Richmond center. It was the best experience, the sales man were easy to talk to and not pushing to This is my second time buying a car, but first from Richmond center. It was the best experience, the sales man were easy to talk to and not pushing to sale something to me, but was very helpful finding what I wanted. First visit was just to look for a truck with in a price range, that they didn't have at the time, but would call me when they would get one. Week later they held up their word. I ultimately got a SUV for my commute to work is so long but was equal sale price between the truck and SUV. One thing I will note here is that I felt the truck was little pricey for the miles and age of the truck, however they where mods done to it that I feel like would make it to their asking price. They also showed me the carfax list and the value of the SUV if i was to turn around and trade it again which was higher then sale price. How true that actually is and not a marketing tactic I don't know. I was able to get the right amount of fainancing I was looking to do, even with a long term payment my apr was very low. they handled all the registration and Lincensing of the SUV (i live in Kentucky) and taxes all in the purchase of the SUV. Which was great to me and very convenient. Compared to my first time buying somewhere else, though could be that they just moved to a new location I had to do all that myself. Back to the sales team and manager were all very nice and respectful, even when I was looking around at cars and going back to pick up my plate I talked to the sales man I was with about other things not relating to car like talking to a friend. All in all I would buy a car again from them without questioning it, I even plan to go back and purchase another from them when I pay off my current one.
