I didn't want to get in a situation with a car salesman where I got the short end of the stick so to speak. Shortly after meeting Joe Wilson, I knew my stereotype didn't apply to the Richmond Car and Truck Center. Right away, he let me know that even if there was no sale that day, their motto is "Making Friends, Making a Difference" and the last thing, "Selling Cars". In other words, the relationship built with me is more imortant than the money I can make them. I was also able to speak with Mike Eckler who I've known previously from Eastside Community Church here in Richmond and learned that they do mission work through the company. This was another thing that made them stand out from other dealerships as most do not get involved with ministry like this. I also met Brad Perry who, yet again, made me feel totally comfortable and like he truly cared more about building a relationship with me instead of tying to get the most money he could from me. This was my first big car purchase and all of the employees here made me feel like they cared more about getting me a good deal instead of the other way around. As long as I'm in Richmond, I'll never use another dealership! More

Could not be more pleased! I was introduced to Richmond Car and Truck through a third party buying service. Just needed to take a test drive then brace myself for the all too dreaded used car sales tactics, techniques and trials I was dreading. NONE of that happened. The staff that I worked with and met (Brad Perry, who called me the night before my appointment to make sure everything was in place and ready, Rick Witt, who took me step by step through the vehicle I was expecting to see and assured everything was in proper order and Mike Eckler, the owner) could not have dispelled the car sales nightmare any better if it had been scripted. Very simply...my flabber was gasted!!! I drove away with the car I wanted with no stress, anxiety or drama. I will, and am now, referring anyone in the car market to at least give these folks a serious look. If you don't do business with them I suspect it will be because they simply didn't have the car or truck you wanted. So...to the staff at Richmond Car and Truck.."Thank you"!
