They took care of my family when I let them know what we wanted and that I did not want to spend lots of time shopping on vehicles that we were not interested in. I let them know that I did not need to be sold a vehicle and that I was already interested in buying one, I just needed to get one that was appropriate for my family. I let them know up front that I wanted to do business with Richmond Car and Truck Center if they would take care of us. They certainly did! More

Although I went there specifically to see a truck I found myself looking at the various assortment of vehicles I thought my VERY picky 😜 girlfriend may like as well, as she was with me. At the end of the day the decision I made to buy the truck I had picked was made very easy because of the fast, very friendly and professional service I received there. Traded cars on the phone and then exchanged keys. GREAT GUYS Made deal on the phone. Drove to their business location, drove the car, they verified my car was as described on the phone, I wrote them a check for Made deal on the phone. The owners manual was missing and Brad ordered and had sent to me within 3 days the entire new owners manual and books. Would gladly do business with them again!!! The owner Rick seems to be a first class man. I've bought/traded around 180 cars/trucks since 1965 and this transaction went very smooth and quick. Satisfied customer!!!! More

They are an incredibly caring group of folks, operating with the highest integrity. We were simply beginning our research with the intention of purchasing a vehicle in the end of the year, but found an incredible deal on their website. The high integrity of their pricing model is what drew us to them: a fantastic deal with no haggling. When we purchased our vehicle, there was a manufacturer's recall, which is not out of the ordinary. They not only upheld their promise to take care of a couple of touch ups, but also made the appointment with the dealership in Lexington, and gave me a loaner vehicle while they took mine to the dealership. In addition, we noticed a minor issue with the side view mirror that wasn't apparent until driving on a long trip the following day. They replaced the entire mirror for us because it was the right thing to do. Their only obligation was the touch-ups, however they earned lifelong customers in us because of how they treated our family. Thomas was wonderful to work with, and his willingness to text made organizing logistics simple for us. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a high-quality used vehicle. More
