One was a severe leak when it rained and the other was a faulty air conditioner. I expected to replace the AC compressor but it turned out to be the clutch. The seal for the moon roof was replaced and adjusted. Also a sealant was used on the windshield. More

I dread taking my car to the dealership, as all my recent experience with BMW service in Naperville, and Barrington has necessitated a few return trip I dread taking my car to the dealership, as all my recent experience with BMW service in Naperville, and Barrington has necessitated a few return trips to correct their mistakes. Brake slider covers forgot after brake job, battery cover clips missing after battery replacement, oil change interval not reset after oil change, and most recently, dashboard trim falling off after an airbag recall. Not what I expect from "Factory Trained Technicians". Then there is the service staff at Woodfield Lexus. There is a reason the same people are employed there year after year. They are good at their job, and the Resnick Group only keeps the best of the best around. My service advisor, Mike Evans was the most knowledgeable advisor I have had the pleasure to work with, and was honest, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, and speaking with Mike and Master Technician Darin, my needs and concerns were addressed in the most professional manner. As I waited for my work to be completed, it was also refreshing to hear other advisors dealing with their customers (Tonya) in much the same way, with clear descriptions of the issues discovered, and a non pushy attitude. The respect that all customers received is almost unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend Woodfield Lexus to anyone. Now which Lexus can I replace my BMW with??? More
