I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Winslow BMW dealership. I've purchased BMW's at 3 differerent dealerships and by far, JD my Client Advisor & the dealership as a whole were far super Winslow BMW dealership. I've purchased BMW's at 3 differerent dealerships and by far, JD my Client Advisor & the dealership as a whole were far superior to any other. JD was very knowledgable & patient in every way. He wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied with my choice so he covered all the positives about it after he found about five or six cars for me to test drive. Needless to say, it's beautiful and I'm happy and most of all, thankful for JD & Winslow BMW! More

Made an appointment for 1 new tire after blowout. Confirmed correct tire on phone. BMW then installed the WRONG non-RF tire, when I had previously CONFIRMED they had ordered a RF tire. Service Adviso Confirmed correct tire on phone. BMW then installed the WRONG non-RF tire, when I had previously CONFIRMED they had ordered a RF tire. Service Advisor Michael apologized and told me they would take care of this. Now, they are demanding I pay for the whole tire that was supposed to have been installed in the first place. I was lied to about BMW installing the correct tire, and I was lied to by Michael when he apologized and told me it would be taken care of. Do not go here. Drive to Denver instead. More

He makes me feel my business is important to him, and he is so patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. Jim Carlson in finance makes the financing easy and quick. And I am so impressed with their service department. Eddie, Mike and Jason all treat me like a queen every time I need service or repair. They always make sure I am well taken care of, explain everything thoroughly and ensure I am in a nice loaner vehicle while mine is in the shop. Service for me is a big factor in choosing a dealership. My time is limited, and here I get treated great and am in and out fast. Thanks to you all for the positive experience! More
