Woundful I must tell you that I neve write reviews but I must do this one. My son wanted and did buy a new Jeep for the first time.i went along so he didn’t ge I must tell you that I neve write reviews but I must do this one. My son wanted and did buy a new Jeep for the first time.i went along so he didn’t get a bad deal. As we walk in we were greeted by a lovely young lady Miriam. She ask how she may help my son. My son told her what he wanted and she show him a few Jeep that match what he wantedWe then sat down to talk about price and financial. I sat there waiting for there first sale pitch to come( it never came) .i was so impressed with how Miriam and mike her manager help my son out. They answer ever question and never try to up sale him. Mike was on the phone searching for great financial for him ( got him a super low rate) Miriam search for great insurance and a great rate. I never seen so much attention to one customer. This lovely lady and woundful manger mike took care of my son as if he was there family. You don’t find that service anymore. I was so impressed I told them I like to trade in my truck for a new one and once again they swung into action even though it was getting late. There was no pressure to buy very easy going. Took there time explaining every detail. I don’t know how to say thank you to them, only by writing a review. In the world of rush rush rush it’s a breath of fresh air to enjoy the personal touch. Horrible customer service I will start by saying i wanted to keep my money with american cars after all my life purchasing cars from overseas. I purchased 2017 dodge durango. I will start by saying i wanted to keep my money with american cars after all my life purchasing cars from overseas. I purchased 2017 dodge durango. First day of pickup i was able to drive it home, second day absolutely no cool air coming out. Called to get the car fixed, they couldnt see me untii the following week mind you the car has 7 miles on it, they should have been apologizing up and down for this to be happening. I get the car in, they said a wire was not connecte, i am ready to go, for 2 weeks, we heard hissng sounds, like something was coming out of the vents,mind you i have 3 small kids and we hear this sound, we call again on june 19th, they couuldnt get my truck until July 10th, pretty scary to know that so many dodge cars need to be cared for. So what i have learned is i woud never ddeal wiith dodge again. Oh and i also realized upon reading the reviews that the manager has apologized regarding some of the bad reviews. Heres a little pointer rather than write apologies, call people back, as i left 4 yes 4 messages for the manager to call back with no call back. Its a shame your supposed to enjoy your new vehicle but you can't because its in for service twice in less than a month. Island dodge should have taken care of this probem. a phone call was already submitted to headquarters. Doctors have already been aware of the hissiing and aroma coming out of my vents. This is a serious matter that ISLAND DODGE just threw under the carpet. Made a sale, and moved on to a next victim. More
