Above and beyond I went in looking to trade in my 2012 Impala for a used 2015 Escape. I left with a 2017 Escape. Steve Galanius was the salesperson along with Mike Fau I went in looking to trade in my 2012 Impala for a used 2015 Escape. I left with a 2017 Escape. Steve Galanius was the salesperson along with Mike Faulhaber. Mike helped to eat up some of the negative equity I had in the Impala and made it possible for me to leave with a brand new Escape in a monthly payment I was comfortable with. We were greeted immediately in the showroom with friendly people asking how they could help. We explained what we were there for and Javier Calleja introduced himself and offered to help us. We looked and test drove several vehicles and never were pressured in any way. Javier was so great to work with. We really felt he wanted to help us in any way we could. We ended up buying a vehicle and even the experience of going thru all the paperwork was easy. Sales manager and finance manager were both friendly. Great overall experience. Would recommend the dealership to others and especially would recommend working with Javier. More
