This is our second purchase at Dahl. We enjoy both experiences. I do not like to be at the dealership all night so they make it quick and easy. While visiting my mother I was surfing the web. I seen a 2013 Cmax for a very reasonable price, and told my daughter. I made a few calls to some friends, and was referred to Mike. I am a die hard GM man, and was having issues with my daughters Ford decision. I have to admit, I was really impressed with Mike and the Dahl Ford family. They really made us comfortable, and were very friendly. My daughter was very interested in a hybrid,and it was a toss up between the Prius, or the Cmax. After taking the car for a test drive, I was convinced that this wass the right car for her. All I can say is "wow has Ford changed". Went there to trade in our 2012 Dodge Journey for a truck, it was our last chance of getting out of the Journey and into a truck. Test drove a very nice 2007 Harley Davidson Edition Ford but we weren't sure it would work I pointed out the 2013 Blue Ford F150 Super crew on the showroom floor and the whole dealership seemed like it bent over backwards to get us in that truck very professional our salesman was a100 on a scale of 1-10 MIke Faulhaber is now my go to guy when I go to get another vehicle as well as Dahl Ford!!!!!! I RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE IT IS TOP NOTCH AND THEY WILL FIGHT TO GET YOU THE DEAL YOU WANT!!!! More

We were greeted by Mike within 5 minutes of our arrival at Dahl and after a few questions from Mike we were looking at different vehicles that fit our requests. When we finally made a decision which vehicle to purchase, it was well past closing time but Mike & the finance manager made sure to take time to answer any questions we may have had and made sure we left as satisfied customers. Good people like Mike and dealers like Dahl make major purchases fun again. Definately will return to Dahl for future sales & service. More

Everyone I've ever worked with at Dahl has been great! I went from looking online at Ford Fusion hybrids the night before, to getting a test drive in the exact car I had configured and driving it o great! I couldn't be happier with the sales and financing process... I got exactly what I wanted, and I wasn't in the dealership for longer than 3 hours and drove off with the exact car I had configured online!
