99% good I paid in full 13,000 + on a used Toyota corolla se, traded in my Tacoma, and have been a faithful customer for years, my father , mother Ann Morley I paid in full 13,000 + on a used Toyota corolla se, traded in my Tacoma, and have been a faithful customer for years, my father , mother Ann Morley and Ken Morley all bought cars at Metro. I am 67 years old retired Cleveland Police Officer, every thing was going Ok until the Manager had me sign over my title and write the checks. This person must think he's a big shot as he talked down to me, like I was a kid, his people skills need to be addressed. He acted like he was doing me a favor, and I just paid in full for my used vehicle. I am happy with the car but how many people pay in full for a car? not many. He did explain my free oil changes and tire rotation , still I think I should have been treated with respect.. More

Ninety-nine percent of those purchases from that “filter” was the most miserable experience a consumer could ever experience. I hate buying cars for that reason and it is perhaps one of the reasons I hold onto my cars for so long. You and Mike Ferrett reside in the 1%. Thank you for a pleasant experience in the purchase of my 2015 Avalon! I would also like to commend Mike to you. He is a true professional who “owned” my experience from the moment I walked into the showroom. My schedule is very tight this week and he went above and beyond, first to hold the vehicle, so I could look at it, and in every aspect thereafter, to assure my complete satisfaction. His willingness to drive me to the airport on Friday so that I could leave the Avalon for some post-sale detailing (caused by my schedule this week) goes above and beyond. I knew that I wanted a 2017 or 2018 Camry or 4 Runner and wasn’t sure if I wan I had a wonderful experience dealing with Mike Farrett at Metro Toyota. I knew that I wanted a 2017 or 2018 Camry or 4 Runner and wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease or purchase. Mike worked with me on the phone and through text and narrowed down things quickly and painlessly for me. I had all the info and it was between 2 Camrys. I went to the dealership and picked the one I liked and we took care of all the paperwork in less than an hour. Great experience! I drove away in a beautiful new Camry fresh off the truck with one mile on the odometer. Mike is great at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a smooth and easy car buying experience! More

I love the concern all staff show toward customers, from the Sales Personnel, Finance Dept, and Service! I have NEVER had a bad experience with Metro, and I purchased my first Toyota from Metro in 1995. I think the snacks and coffee provided for customers while waiting is a real demonstration of hospitality. More
