EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the 3rd car I have purchased through 'English Mike', and I intend to continue to buy my automobiles from Metro, with English Mike as my Sales This is the 3rd car I have purchased through 'English Mike', and I intend to continue to buy my automobiles from Metro, with English Mike as my Sales Representative! I love the concern all staff show toward customers, from the Sales Personnel, Finance Dept, and Service! I have NEVER had a bad experience with Metro, and I purchased my first Toyota from Metro in 1995. I think the snacks and coffee provided for customers while waiting is a real demonstration of hospitality. More
