From the moment my salesman Mike Firouztale greeted me, I was treated with the utmost of respect and care. My husband was already driving an A5 and was now getting a new A5, so I was familiar and already loving the Audi experience. But this was the first time I was getting a new car in some time. As you can imagine I was excited and a little anxious, I really had no need to be.. My Audi team - Mike was expertly assisted by George, took me thru the process of selecting the right Audi for me with all the bells and whistles, expert safety and driving capacity that is synomius Audi. And now I'm driving my absolute dream vehicle - the Audi Allroad. To say I love this car and that I'm enjoying it is the understatement of the century I can't say thank you enough to Mike. I can't imagine ever loving a car more then this, and knowing that if for any reason I need assistance in any way I have an incredible team to lean on. Thank you Mike and George and Biener Audi for putting me in my dream car and making it so easy! More

Mike F was great! I went in to look to look at A4's and left with an A6. Mike F was great at getting me all the best incentives and rebates. This was my first experience buying over the Internet. I was offered a very good price (much lower than another dealer offered in person) without any drama. Mike Firouztale the Audi Brand Specialist is a good sales person. He told us upfront that the Q% model we were looking for with the options we wanted was not available at the dealership but he had one being person. My experience at Biener Audi was by far greater than any other dealership I visited. I wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted to lease. I visited other dealerships and was given the hard sell and was not comf other dealership I visited. I wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted to lease. I visited other dealerships and was given the hard sell and was not comfortable. When I walked into Biener I was met by Mike Firouztale and was made to feel very comfortable right from the start. He explained to me what vehicle would be in my price range and explained the basics of why Audi is such a quality vehicle. Having driven a VW GTI I knew this was the next step up. This was the last stop of the day and Mike could se that I was tiring and he suggested I come back tomorrow for a test drive. He didn't bother me for my number as other salesmen had done. I came back the next day and test drove the A4 and like Mike says "the Audi sells itself". He got me a great deal on my lease and I picked up my vehicle the next day as promised. He took me around the dealership and introduced to all the people that I needed to know. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very much at home. He took the time to show me everything I needed to know about my vehicle and I left with a huge grin on my face. I'm still smiling today two days later. Thank you Mike Firouztale and Biener Audi for a wonderful and hassle free experience. More
