Mike was born and raised in Erie, PA. He has a son that he adopted in 2007. His family is from New Jersey and tries to visit them as much as possible. He graduated from McDowell High School and also earned a degree in Communications from Penn State Behrend. Mike has been with New Motors since April of 2011 and was a plumber for 10 years prior to that. One of his greatest strengths is that he's very personable and easy to talk to. In the summer, Mike enjoys spending his free time with friends and family being outdoors, golfing, camping, and riding four-wheelers. In the fall and winter, he tries to stay busy by shooting in a pool league and rooting for his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you find your next vehicle!

Mike has been very helpful in getting us what we needed. We are going to continue purchasing from New Motors, we do not like pressure, and we find that does not happen at this dealership. Mike Francis and the team at New Motor’s Subaru were amazing! It was a stress free process which we had never experienced before! The whole team was very transparent and listened to all of our questions amazing! It was a stress free process which we had never experienced before! The whole team was very transparent and listened to all of our questions. We walked in at 5:15 without an appointment, test drove a car and walked out at 7:15 in our new car! We have never had a finance manager come out to meet us and walk us back to his open door office that is visible from the front door! We will definitely be keeping our business with them. More

Came in 2 separate occasions to discuss and test drive Subarus, both sales people (Mike and Stephen) were extremely nice and accommodating. I didn’t feel pushed at all, and they worked around my driving a Subarus, both sales people (Mike and Stephen) were extremely nice and accommodating. He took time to make sure I knew my way around the instrument panel, pared my IPhone and got me connected with My Subaru! Mike Francis has been our Salesman since 2015. Now we are adding our 4th Subaru, a 2025 Outback Limited, which will be joining our 2021 Ascent Limited. Mike has been there for all 4 purchases. New Now we are adding our 4th Subaru, a 2025 Outback Limited, which will be joining our 2021 Ascent Limited. Mike has been there for all 4 purchases. New Motors and Mike have been good to deal with, fair with discounts, trade prices and helping both of us to get a fair deal.
