The day I purchased my vehicle he made certain that my experience was top notch, going as far as sending my new vehicle back to the service team because it was not detailed to 'his' standards. He also took the time to go through the vehicle and all of its settings before I drove it off the lot. My previous experience purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership was a nightmare, but Mike restored my faith in that you can actually have a stress-free experience. There are still a few good car salesmen out there, and Mike is one of them. More

Very impressed and pleased with the extra service Mel and Boucher Nissan provided me. They noticed a part that was becoming a problem during a routine oil change. Mel explained what they were going to Boucher Nissan provided me. They noticed a part that was becoming a problem during a routine oil change. Mel explained what they were going to do. He and his team tracked down a replacement at another location. Mel provided me a ride home and delivered my car about two hours later.... and he offered a tire rotation for my inconvenience. Good service these days is hard to find.... exceptional service like this is a real pleasure. Thanks Mel again for the exceptional service and treatment. I'm telling everyone about my good day at Boucher Nissan. More
