Great Experience!! I was in search of a White 2017 Dodge Charger SRT 392 when I saw one on the Jake Sweeney CJDR Website. After requesting a bit more information and to I was in search of a White 2017 Dodge Charger SRT 392 when I saw one on the Jake Sweeney CJDR Website. After requesting a bit more information and to check the availability on the Car I was promptly contacted by Marty Deitsch via email. We exchanged a few emails to make sure the Car had all the options I wanted. It did so I decided to stop by the Dealership to look at it in person and to test drive it. This Car is AWESOME!!! I initially had my mind set on a Dodge Charger SRT 392 with the Sepia colored Laguna Leather Seats and Marty Deitsch went above and beyond to try to find me one but I ended up deciding to get the White 2017 Dodge Charger SRT 392 I test drove. It had all the options I wanted (White Knuckle Exterior Paint, Laguna Leather Seats, Technology Group, HK Audio Group, Sunroof, Power Convenience Group, Navigation, Black Painted Roof). It's fully maxed out/has ALL available options, other than the optional Red Seat Belts, which i did not want anyway. Buying my 2017 Dodge Charger SRT 392 from Jake Sweeney CJDR was a overall very pleasant experience. We have financed Vehicles before (at different Dealerships) and were used to being rushed through it all, which made the financing experience very confusing and stressful to say the least. WELL...NOT THIS TIME!! :) Mike, the Finance Guy at Jake Sweeney CJDR, definitely deserves a HUGE thumbs up from my Husband and I. Mike slowly went over each and every piece of Paperwork/Document and answered/explained any questions or concerns we had, to make sure everything was correct and as previously agreed on with the Sales Department. AMAZING!! It was raining outside and my new Car was ready and waiting in the Service Shop in order to move some things over from my Trade-in to the new white 2017 Charger SRT 392 without getting soaked. We really appreciated that courtesy as well!! So overall i have to say it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I am planning to keep this Car a very very long time but whenever we may be looking to purchase a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram in the future, we will most definitely go to Jake Sweeney CJDR!! Best experience at a dealership I have ever had by far I worked with a few different people over a 2 day time span. First I worked with Austin due to Marty leaving early due to a family issue. The second day we worked with Marty to do the payments and he did a fantastic job getting us to the price point we were comfortable with. We then worked with Micheal in financing and he explained all our options and allowed us to make a educated decision on gab insurance. More
