Great, fast, and friendly service! At 2:30 PM my 2012 Focus lit up with a red message that said "service transmission" with no forward or reverse gears able to work. I called Gervais Fo At 2:30 PM my 2012 Focus lit up with a red message that said "service transmission" with no forward or reverse gears able to work. I called Gervais Ford in Ayer and within an hour I was driving a rental. The next morning before 10:00 AM they called me and said my car was ready. By 10:30 AM I drove away my Focus with all gears working. I find Gervais Ford to be always fast, friendly, and affordable service. More
