Loyal Geravis Customer Extremely Disappointed I had taken my car to get its oil change and was driving home when a light came on that said pre-collision assist sensor was no longer available. I th I had taken my car to get its oil change and was driving home when a light came on that said pre-collision assist sensor was no longer available. I thought nothing of it and figured there was dirt or something blocking the sensor. It continued to happen and thought I should get it checked out in case something needed to be fixed as it was still under warranty (2016 Ford Explorer bought brand new). I dropped the car off and received a call later that day from Mike telling me that a sensor needed to be replaced but it was not under warranty as the car was clearly in an accident. I was in shock as I am the only one who drives the vehicle and would have remembered getting in an accident. Then I was informed that if I wanted it fixed it would cost me just under a $1,000. Of course now I am extremely upset as I know I was not in an accident and this sensor light never came on until after I left the dealership after it got an oil change. I cannot be certain that this "accident" happened at the Gervais dealership but there is a strong possibility that it could have considering my vehicle was fine before I brought it for that oil change. I returned to the dealership to get my car and view the damage the that they had found and it appeared to be a little scuff on the bumper that I would have never suspected to be a $1,000 repair. They could not honor the warranty on my brand new car because of that scuff. As loyal Gervais customer and Loyal Ford Customer I was extremely disappointed. Our family has bought 5 vehicles through the Gervais dealerships (Lincoln, Kia, and Ford). We have also been loyal Ford customers and over the years have had over 14 Ford vehicles. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service that I received at Gervais. More

Warranty repairs done like clockwork Our commercial Transit van had a problem with the throttle body. Words cannot describe how amazing the team is here. This place couldn't be more friendly and helpful. My truck broke down on the highway heading north. on 495. I got a tow to Gervais ford. They made sure I was taken care of and was comfortable. Took care of my truck and went out of the way to make sure I was on my way as quick as possible. I don't know what I would have done if I had gone anywhere else. Ive been to a lot of ford dealerships over the past decade owning my truck and I've never encountered one with such caring and truly amazing staff. Thank you to everyone who made my trip possible getting me back on the road. More

Great service My AC system was out and I have my car serviced here. The quote was $550 and 3 plus hours of work. After the first check of the system I was told it would be $387 and about 2 hours of work. I also had a complementary oil change for being a repeat customer. I didn't buy my car here but I bring my car here for Great service. My new car will be done here too More
