Excellent customer service and helpful staff. After our van was totaled my wife found this Pacifica. The van looks and drives like new so we really wanted to purchase it but had to wait on the ins After our van was totaled my wife found this Pacifica. The van looks and drives like new so we really wanted to purchase it but had to wait on the insurance company. Working with the other persons insurance agency turned out to be a nightmare but Mike was very helpful in being able to hold the van for us and was able to have it ready for us when we were finally settled. Mike was very friendly and even gave us his cell phone number so we could keep in contact more easily. Great buying experience and I will definitely buy from Mike again. More
