I really enjoy working with the public and the amazing staff we have at Stykemain Buick GMC. My wife Helen and I are proud parents of two grown young ladies in Chrissy and Megan Greene. I am local to Defiance having graduated from Defiance High School and Defiance College. In my spare time I am a huge sports fan! You can catch me cheering on The Ohio State University in all sports, Reds in baseball and Colts in football! Go Bucks!

You already have all my contact information, so if you really wanted to reach out and address my concerns you could easily do that. Instead, you opt to post a response that gives the impression that you want to resolve the issue and ask me to give you my contact information that you already have access to. My review posted name is my real name, and I suspect I am the only one with that name in your records. However, here is some additional information in case there is any confusion as to who I am. My wife took the vehicle in on 7/10/23 under R/O Number: 6085326/1, and Edgar was the service advisor. My phone number is listed under work phone. Additionally, I do not believe you even scanned my vehicle and simply went off the OnStar report. When my wife returned home, I scanned the vehicle with my Autel Maxisys professional scan tool, and DTC P0024 isn’t even a logged fault in my ECM. The logged DTC is P0023, which clearly shows a high resistance/open circuit in the camshaft exhaust VVT solenoid on the bank 2 cylinder just like I told Mike I suspected was the fault over the phone. But Mike insisted my ECM was faulty based on low resistance. Just for comparison, I used my cheap scan tool and it also immediately identified DTC P0023 not P0024. Also, the other DTCs Edgar mentioned were not in any computer module on my truck so I have no idea where he came up with those.
