Mike was great at offering the CPO vehicle I wanted at my exact price and giving me what I needed for the trade in, but everything fell apart in the finance department. I specifically asked to use Land Ro exact price and giving me what I needed for the trade in, but everything fell apart in the finance department. I specifically asked to use Land Rover's Chase lender and only wanted one hard inquiry on my credit report, but they did three hard inquiries instead (even after saying Chase was "approved") and then offered me 2-4% higher APR than my local credit union and sites like Cap1/CarMax. They also don't seem to be equipped to handle nearby out of state purchases, as they wanted me to drive four hours round trip to sign paperwork and then wait a bit over a week to drive to the DMV here in my state and actually exchange the vehicle. In the end, no sale was done, my credit score dropped four points, and I have three new hard inquiries for about the next two years. More

Land Rover of Sudbury took complete advantage of me and sold me an absolutely dangerous mess of a pre-owned vehicle. Not only did they not do a thorough quality review of my vehicle as promised and adve sold me an absolutely dangerous mess of a pre-owned vehicle. Not only did they not do a thorough quality review of my vehicle as promised and advertised (or they did and disregarded it), but they also neglected to fix and replace broken items, even after making me aware of them, and then tried to make me pay for their negligence. Just for reference, I'm talking about things like literally rotting axle boots with fluid leaking all over them, multiple fluid leaks, broken & leaking water pump, busted PVC, broken super-charge snout, & more...you name it. I am truly one of those people who tries to only leave 5 star reviews, but this is by far one of the worst and most shocking experiences I have ever had, and I really dont want anyone else else to go through this. Basically, I bought a car in April and 3 weeks later it needed about $8k worth of work to make it safe to drive, including an actively leaking water pump. After trying extremely hard to get an official breakdown of the necessary repairs and the associated costs, I finally spoke with my advisor on the phone who told me that the sales team would be covering the repairs. Sweet, right?! I mean, rightfully so. Well they forgot (or neglected) to replace the actively leaking water pump, which caused another $10k in damage 2 weeks later. That damage then caused my mother and I to break down on the highway this past week on the way home from the hospital with a smoking engine and a lit-up dashboard of warning lights and all types of unwanted excitement. The car was towed back to Land Rover of Sudbury for the 2nd time since picking it up mid-April. 2 days later, they had the service rep text me to apologize and say that they never replaced the water pump and wouldn't be able to cover the repair caused by that same water pump...can you even imagine? PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! More
