Completed by professional personnel We drove a couple vehicles, decided on one easily. After brief negotiations, we "dined" in the salesman office on Firehouse Subs. The salesman then ex We drove a couple vehicles, decided on one easily. After brief negotiations, we "dined" in the salesman office on Firehouse Subs. The salesman then explained everything, using printed material. After the financial part, we were taken back to the showroom. Two vehicles had been brought in and covered completely in a soft black cloth. Come to find out, one was ours! They delivered it in a way that surprised us both! Lots of fun! Then we went through the vehicle's systems THOROUGHLY! Our drive home was too short! The question below, "first personal contact....." Should say "first contact" If it's "personal" would that not imply "in person"? More
