Quick and easy to drop off your car and speak to a service rep. Coffee and snacks in a pleasant environment while you wait and you don't have to wait long. You car is serviced quickly and the rep gives you all of the necessary feedback and you pay your bill right then. The car is waiting, washed and ready to go. I cannot see how you can improve on that. My issues were handled quickly, and,hopefully, resolved. The car was clean and ready to go. I spent less time at the dealership than I planned because there were no delays. I have been a Metro client for 23 years--two Corollas. Metro is the only place I take my car for service--no one else touches that car. I have yet to disappointed with the work done. More
