Taking care of their customers I had the Service for my car scheduled in the morning. Something came up and I needed dropped off at home. The person I was dealing with went out of I had the Service for my car scheduled in the morning. Something came up and I needed dropped off at home. The person I was dealing with went out of his way to make sure I got home. This is one of the many reasons I still go there. I do not know The name of The driver but he was polite and very professional. Metro is lucky to have both of these fine young men working for them. I got ripped off I went in with a check engine light. they diagnosed the problem to be the catalytic converter. they charged me $1000 for an aftermarked converter. I went in with a check engine light. they diagnosed the problem to be the catalytic converter. they charged me $1000 for an aftermarked converter. I researched the cost of this part and the most expensive one I could find was $500. so the dealership doubled the price of the part. after labor and taxes I was out $1500. I will never take my car to this dealership again. they are a rip off. More
