The staff was very helpful - but they really let you look around. There is not sales tactics at all. This is interesting part of their approach -- rather than aggressive sales people, they price their quality vehicles at a rate that is a good value. Look at the prices for similar vehicles at other dealers - Automax rates will surely be less. Beyond the dealer and the vehicles -- we worked with account manager Mike Hanley who was a joy to deal with and I would recommend you ask for Mike upon entering the dealer. More

The only reason for rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is that despite having the car for 6 days after i purchased it as the insurance/registration took awhile, the things that were supposed to be fixed, weren’t which is forcing me to go back and deal with that.
