I was in the market to purchase an Acura. It's exciting, but at the same token I dread going to car dealerships and playing games with salespeople. Acura of Salem was a breath of fresh air! When my fiance and I dropped by Acura of Salem, Cyndy Patterson greeted us in a friendly manner and showed me a couple of cars that were of interest. She allowed us to test drive the car and I fell in love with it! After a couple of weeks of thinking it over, I let Cyndy know that I was ready to move forward. We set an appointment and we were in and out within 2 hours! It was not an all-day affair like I've experienced at other dealerships. We were so impressed by how well Cyndy does business that my fiance bought an Acura a few days later from them as well! Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! If you're looking to purchase an Acura or a Mercedes, don't waste your time going anywhere else. More

An Exceptional Car Buying Experience We recently purchased our new 2020 Acura RDX Advance from Abel over the internet from Acura of Salem. Our total experience couldn't have been better. After besting all offers of all Acura dealerships ON THE WEST COAST, we soon realized that beyond the best price, Acura of Salem is completely in a class all its own. Abel Cardona and Acura of Salem GM Mike Harder, were with touch often and answered any and all questions we had. Their straight forward honesty and trust was exceptional. I purchased the vehicle for my wife on Monday and made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday. The car was fully prepped and we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Everything was arranged and completed! Abel set up the car to our preferences and when we left, felt as if we had been taken care of like family. Kudos Abel and Acura of Salem! We'll be back!
