Purchased a car and after meeting with the finance guy, the salesman didn’t bother to thank us for the sale, he was off selling another vehicle. When we texted him, he said he was busy and still didn’t tha the salesman didn’t bother to thank us for the sale, he was off selling another vehicle. When we texted him, he said he was busy and still didn’t thank us. The next day, we remembered we gave a deposit and after looking at the paperwork, found out we didn’t get the credit. Called the salesman up and he says we needed to speak with the finance guy. After pressing the salesman, he offered to send an email to the finance guy. End of the day, never received a call from the finance guy; too busy but supposedly we got the credit. This dealer after making the sale, doesn’t care about the customer just the sale. Four days later and we have yet to get a follow up call. More

This dealership is awesome. Sean Mehaffey (GM) stepped up to the plate for me when I had an issue with my 2020 Rav4. He put me in a 2021. Jr is a top notch sales associate.
