Easiest buying experience in 25 years I just purchased a Tacoma from Fred Anderson Toyota and had the best buying experience I have ever had in over 25 years ( 9 vehicles). Georgiana was I just purchased a Tacoma from Fred Anderson Toyota and had the best buying experience I have ever had in over 25 years ( 9 vehicles). Georgiana was wonderful, explained options, differences in styles, etc vey well. She was respectful and accommodating and didn’t talk down to me, like I have experienced at other dealerships. Fred Anderson wants your business and had to best price from the multiple dealerships I went to. One of these in Durham wouldn’t even deal with me over the phone nor assist me when I made effort to go to dealership. I guess a middle aged female with two sons didn’t look like she was worth their time. Fred Anderson was so confident in their price, they gave me a printout. Most other dealerships won’t do that, but give you a scrap of paper with so many numbers jumbled on it, you cannot remember what any of it meant when you get home. In addition to the great service/care Georgiana gave, the financial rep Michael Hardy did an outstanding job explaining all options available., both with finance and additional warranties. He didn’t pressure me and let me review the numbers myself (which gave me confidence in my decisions). I highly recommend both the dealership and these two outstanding employees. More
