Easiest Car Purchase EVER! I purchased a used 2014 GMC Terrain from Mike on 2/28/17 and it was the easiest experience I've ever had. He gave me a more than fair price on my trad I purchased a used 2014 GMC Terrain from Mike on 2/28/17 and it was the easiest experience I've ever had. He gave me a more than fair price on my trade in and the car I was purchasing was in great condition and priced fairly. I didn't know what to do with myself when I realized that I didn't need to argue about price at all. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership and specifically from Mike. More

Terrible Experience! Horrible Customer Service! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again! We purchased a used SUV from Jim Ellis on July 3rd that needed a new r HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again! We purchased a used SUV from Jim Ellis on July 3rd that needed a new rear view mirror and to have a small crack in the windshield repaired. The dealership wrote us a "We Owe" for the repairs/replacement. No one contacted us as of August, so we began to call them. I called several times and left multiple messages with no answer or returned call. I finally was able to get someone in service, in September, and was told to bring the vehicle in and that they had ordered the replacement mirror. We took the car to the dealership on September 22nd (almost 2 months from purchase) and the next day another guy called and said they hadn't ordered the mirror and would do so that day. The car was finally repaired on September 29th, almost 2 months from when we purchased it. If we hadn't called them and pressed, I don't think they would have ever called us or honored their "We Owe". There were other minor issues with the brake petal and steering wheel that the salesman said "wouldn't be an issue to have fixed" that dealership refused to repair as well. This was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership but will definitely be the last! I would expect better customer service for a repeat customer! I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General as well. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
