Mike was very pleasant and polite. This was the first time bringing in my lease for an oil change and he was very helpful in going over what to do and how my vehicle was doing. He even let me know there time bringing in my lease for an oil change and he was very helpful in going over what to do and how my vehicle was doing. He even let me know there was a parts recall and that the new part was already on order for me. More

The checked the car and said all was fine, I noticed it agai I first brought in my car to be looked at because the driver's side window was leaking. I brought it back for a second time and they told me they had to order a part for it, I then had to bring it back a 3rd time. I have to say even though I had to come back 3 times, everyone there was very helpful and courteous. More

$300 in labor charges for one hours work is way too much. When first brought my Forte in and the part was order I asked about a coupon and was told I could get one for $50 off.
