2013 Dodge Ram 3500 I found the truck on the internet and called the dealership. I asked the salesman if he would hold it for me because I had to drive approximately 500 I found the truck on the internet and called the dealership. I asked the salesman if he would hold it for me because I had to drive approximately 500 miles to see it (PA to SC). He told me I had to put a $500 non-refundable deposit down to take the truck off the market. Before agreeing to the deposit, I asked him if the truck was "perfect". He said "yes" and told me the truck was in "excellent condition". I gave him my deposit to hold the truck for me for a few days. My wife and I drove to SC on 12/11/15 and arrived at the dealership after dark. The salesman told me there was a "dimple" on the back fender. It was hard to see everything given the time of day, about 6 p.m. I bought the truck that night and drove back to PA. After arriving home, I went over the truck in the daylight and discovered the damage on the bed. The truck was hit, someone tried to fix it and did not to a very good job fixing it. This damage was not reported to Carfax. I contacted the dealership and was told someone would call me back. I have not received a callback yet. More

They took care of me better than my old dealership I am the type who is loyal to those who take care of me. I tried to give my buisness to the dealership we bought our last vehicle from but they could I am the type who is loyal to those who take care of me. It's all about service! I needed to take my 2014 Dodge Charger in for service in the town I live. I bought the car from this dealorship. The car's check engine light was on. I needed to take my 2014 Dodge Charger in for service in the town I live. I bought the car from this dealorship. The car's check engine light was on. I called the service department and spoke to a young lady there. I asked her if I could bring the car by to have the codes read from the check engine light. She said no that I would have to make an appointment and that the soonest appointment was 3 weeks. So I stopped by my regular mechanic who read thew codes in 5 minutes. I called back to the dealorship and told them what the codes read. One was a cylendar malfunction. I drive my car for work and was concerned. She said sorry but I would have to make an appointment 3 weeks out. I called McKinney Dodge in Easley, 35 minutes away where Paul in service got me in the following day and promptly fixed the problen and took care of a recall.. While there I spotted a new Charger and ended up trading my car in on a new one that day. Angel & Mike in sales were awesome and Bige O Dodge in Greenville lost a customer for life! Thanks Paul, Angel, & Mike at McKinney for keeping the "people" in customer service! More

Great service, and buying experience Perfect buying experience. I was shopping for 2015/2016 jeep wrangler unlimited. I started with a internet RFQ Friday morning. Joan responded quickly Perfect buying experience. I was shopping for 2015/2016 jeep wrangler unlimited. I started with a internet RFQ Friday morning. Joan responded quickly and put me in touch with Mike. I had already completed my research and test driving of the jeep. I explained to mike I was on a shopping trip looking for a competitive price and ease of purchase, hard sell tactics were not needed and would not be appreciated. I received a price and approx. trade value on my trade Friday afternoon. Called mike saturday am, told him I was on my way. Mike was prepared when I arrived, he showed me the jeep I was interested in, confirmed my trade in value and we were done. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I could not have been more satisfied.
