Mike "PEETIE " Henry has been a friend and salesman that I would and Have sent my family and friends to with the trust and confidence that he would treat and cater to them as he would me. Now this review is not from one sales experience I have purchased more than 15 cars and trucks since becoming a customer and I live in North Carolina the hour and a half drive has proven over and over to be well worth my time now for service Paul Hostak has a whirlwind of a job he has scheduled my service to work around my schedule and sometime i cant come and he just reschedules it with no worries or issues and has made a slot for me when i needed it , not only me but my friends and family so over the past 17 years plus this is the go to dealership . if you cant make a deal here you cant make a deal . Oh and if its on the lot and you think you want it or need it listen to them tell them what you need and what you can afford and they shoot straight . OH IF ITS SOMETHING YOU WANT GO GET IT BECAUSE THEY SELL CARS AND TRUCKS FASTER THAN ANY PLACE I HAVE SEEN . i wanted a car went to look at it the deal was so good i hesitated and went back to get it it was gone . then they looked till they found me another one thats a true dealership that is concerned with their clients . yesterday i was there 7 hrs driving more than 10 vehicles until i settled on a great run around car while i was there i saw inventory moving out the door . 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 I found the truck on the internet and called the dealership. I asked the salesman if he would hold it for me because I had to drive approximately 500 I found the truck on the internet and called the dealership. I asked the salesman if he would hold it for me because I had to drive approximately 500 miles to see it (PA to SC). He told me I had to put a $500 non-refundable deposit down to take the truck off the market. Before agreeing to the deposit, I asked him if the truck was "perfect". He said "yes" and told me the truck was in "excellent condition". I gave him my deposit to hold the truck for me for a few days. My wife and I drove to SC on 12/11/15 and arrived at the dealership after dark. The salesman told me there was a "dimple" on the back fender. It was hard to see everything given the time of day, about 6 p.m. I bought the truck that night and drove back to PA. After arriving home, I went over the truck in the daylight and discovered the damage on the bed. The truck was hit, someone tried to fix it and did not to a very good job fixing it. This damage was not reported to Carfax. I contacted the dealership and was told someone would call me back. I have not received a callback yet. More

It's all about service! I needed to take my 2014 Dodge Charger in for service in the town I live. I bought the car from this dealorship. The car's check engine light was on. I needed to take my 2014 Dodge Charger in for service in the town I live. I bought the car from this dealorship. The car's check engine light was on. I called the service department and spoke to a young lady there. I asked her if I could bring the car by to have the codes read from the check engine light. She said no that I would have to make an appointment and that the soonest appointment was 3 weeks. So I stopped by my regular mechanic who read thew codes in 5 minutes. I called back to the dealorship and told them what the codes read. One was a cylendar malfunction. I drive my car for work and was concerned. She said sorry but I would have to make an appointment 3 weeks out. I called McKinney Dodge in Easley, 35 minutes away where Paul in service got me in the following day and promptly fixed the problen and took care of a recall.. While there I spotted a new Charger and ended up trading my car in on a new one that day. Angel & Mike in sales were awesome and Bige O Dodge in Greenville lost a customer for life! Thanks Paul, Angel, & Mike at McKinney for keeping the "people" in customer service! More
