Joan responded quickly and put me in touch with Mike. I had already completed my research and test driving of the jeep. I explained to mike I was on a shopping trip looking for a competitive price and ease of purchase, hard sell tactics were not needed and would not be appreciated. I received a price and approx. trade value on my trade Friday afternoon. Called mike saturday am, told him I was on my way. Mike was prepared when I arrived, he showed me the jeep I was interested in, confirmed my trade in value and we were done. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I could not have been more satisfied.
