I recently had my car serviced here, and unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 vehicle, but I ended up waiting 2 ho my experience was frustrating. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 vehicle, but I ended up waiting 2 hours. I asked multiple times when my car would be ready and was repeatedly told “15 minutes or so,” which turned out to be inaccurate. At one point, I went to the back and found my car sitting there, service already completed. When I tried to check out, the initial service rep was nowhere to be found, so I had to go to another representative to pay and get my key fob and paperwork. The service itself was fine, but the process and communication need significant improvement. More

A few areas that could have been better. First, a better explanation of the extended warranty cost was never explained. Not sure if that should have done by sales or finance.
