After spending $50k ,plus on a vehicle through this dealership, and they tell you they had inspected the truck and you spend the next 2months with it in the shop and the vehicle is still having issues dealership, and they tell you they had inspected the truck and you spend the next 2months with it in the shop and the vehicle is still having issues and needs to be put back in the shop ,well they can't or shouldn't expect a much better review than this.. I recently had my car serviced here, and unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 vehicle, but I ended up waiting 2 hours. I asked multiple times when my car would be ready and was repeatedly told “15 minutes or so,” which turned out to be inaccurate. At one point, I went to the back and found my car sitting there, service already completed. When I tried to check out, the initial service rep was nowhere to be found, so I had to go to another representative to pay and get my key fob and paperwork. The service itself was fine, but the process and communication need significant improvement. More
