I looked them up on the internet, read reviews and used them to service my SUV during the Memorial weekend. To my surprise they provided a rental for me during the time my car was being serviced :D. Unfortunately my Suv continued to give me problems and it really stressed me out and I'm sure the service guy was too. But I took a leap on faith and recieved a call from Mr. Mark Ware, car dealer, at Marty Cancila, and asked me to come in and see what they can offer me?!?! I was pleased with the outcome, he was not pushy and listened to what my family needed. Mike, the finance guy, listened to what I can pay and now my family LOVES the new SUV. I can honestly say they have EXCELLENT customer service from each dept. I dealt with. My daughter is 19yrs old and her first car loan WILL be with them. Very POSITIVE impression on me and my family!!!!! More

He understood our budget and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. The finance department was great as well. He took his time to find us the best deal he could and they were able to stay within our budget. They took the time to get to know us in order to make us feel comfortable with such a big purchase.
