My experience at Marty Cancila on Saturday, August 31, 2019 was nothing short of IMPECCABLE! Mr. Cortez made me feel at ease, relaxed and like family. I entered the dealership in a nervous, uncertain mind frame but Mr. Cortez spoke with calmness, knowledge, professionalism, and without any pressure which made me feel like I wasn’t purchasing a vehicle, but actually building a relationship. Mr. Jordan added the toppings by making sure my BRAND NEW 2019 Dodge Journey was clean to his standards and I truly appreciate his efforts. Plus he did it with a HUGE smile on his face! OOOH…sorry I almost forgot to mention Mr. Mike “MY” finance manager who presented a contract I just couldn’t refuse.
