Everyone says hi, they have really awesome customer service skills. Pete Thibodeau really makes you feel welcomed. He kept a conversation going with me and my boyfriend all day when I was there. Not once did I feel like I wasn't welcomed or important. Pete is just an amazing employee. He needs a raise! Jordan and Pete did a really nice job making sure I got the jeep I wanted. Pete work We had a very good experience at Marty Cancila Chrysler-Dodge. Jordan Slayback initially worked with us online, and Pete was our salesman. Pete worked with us to come to a fair price on our Durango. Mike, in Finance, was efficient and likable. Before leaving the dealership, Pete explained all the features of our car very thoroughly. He was both professional and personable throughout the purchase. It was a nice touch for Jordan to come out and thank us as well. All in all, this was a good experience. More

Pete, Jordan and Cydney were extremely patient with me and went out of their way to find the exact model and specs I was looking for. While the other dealerships tried to pressure me into settling for a different color and transmission, the staff at Marty Cancila found what I was looking for without the constant phone calls, texts and emails I received from other dealerships. A1 Experince. My wife and I worked with Jim @ Marty Cancila in Florissant. We discussed coming down to look at his inventory from almost 200 miles away for two we My wife and I worked with Jim @ Marty Cancila in Florissant. We discussed coming down to look at his inventory from almost 200 miles away for two weeks. It was Jim's product knowledge, patient demeanor, and professionallism that brought us to his desk. Upon meeting Jim my wife and I both commented that he was exactly what we had hoped he would be in person. Jim is NOT a shiny shoed car salesman full of deals and buzzwords. He's honest, fair, and full of technical knowledge about many makes and models. The showroom and support staff were all first class. The total experience could not have been better! Before we left with our new vehicle they made sure we had all of our questions answered! My wife loves her new van! We will defiantly be starting our next vehicle purchase process with Jim at Marty Cancila! -Drew and Catey More

I recently purchased a new Chrylser Pacifica from Pete and Gary. From the moment I walked into the store I receieved professional service from Pete. I was purchasing a vehicle for my wife and Pete took the time to understand which features were most important to me. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles and found me a vehicle that met my needs but was also conscious of my budget. After we picked out a vehicle the new car manager, Gary, followed up with over the top service on my purchase. He made sure I was comfortable with vehicle and price. Finally, during my purchase, Mike, took me through the contract and had me out the door quickly. I highly recommend Pete, Gary and Mike at Marty Cancilla for those considering a vehicle purchase.
