We recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross XLE from Victory Toyota Charleston, and Kaitlyn made the entire experience smooth, respectful, and efficient. What stood out most was how well she adapted to the way I needed to communicate. About eighty percent of the process was handled through text message, which worked perfectly for me because I am extremely busy and often juggling multiple things at once. Kaitlyn understood that immediately and stayed engaged, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. By the time I arrived at the dealership, most of the preliminary details had already been handled. The Corolla Cross was parked out front and ready to go. Kaitlyn greeted me professionally, was courteous, and never came across as pushy. That made a big difference. In my head, the deal was pretty much done before I ever walked through the door, but with vehicle purchases, there is always that feeling that you may still have to play “the game” to get everything finalized.
