Service department is not very professional. Just got an email that I missed my appointment. I did not. Upon arrival for an appointment that you generated 4 months ago I was told I didn’t need service. I dr email that I missed my appointment. I did not. Upon arrival for an appointment that you generated 4 months ago I was told I didn’t need service. I drove 15 miles to be told that and not even offered a car wash for my inconvenience. There’s more to discuss about this service department but too much for this space. Suffice to say your reps act like they’re doing customers a favor. More

Mike Hudak is an awesome Service advisor. He heard me and understood my questions and concerned and addressed them perfectly. I went in with a donut on knowing I needed at least 1 tire repair, but there was understood my questions and concerned and addressed them perfectly. I went in with a donut on knowing I needed at least 1 tire repair, but there was a pretty good chance I also needed all new tires. We agreed to a new set a Coopers that were on sale and I mentioned I was Interested in looking at a new Pilot or Passport and he got me in touch with Chris Irvin...who...btw...is the best xxxx car salesman I ever worked with hands down. Anyhow, back to Mike because I feel as though I actually owe him an apology. I ended up buying those new tires, and the next day, buying a new vehicle...being upset with myself for buying the tires, I projected the anger I had with myself on to Mike's survey and was unfair. If his superiors are reading this and if there is anyway to take back my survey, please do. I completed it after the 3rd gentle reminder in my email and having a rough day. Looking back, Mike did an exceptional job. He did what I needed on my vehicle, what I authorized on my vehicle, allowing me to go home in my vehicle...I wish I hadn't completed that survey that day. It's been bothering me ever since. When I am wrong, I say I am wrong. He didn't deserve anything less than a perfect a survey. More
