Pleasant Service Department to Work With I was driving home on Friday, August 30, 2019 and my knob on my gear shift fell out. Got my car home and out came the spring and parts of plastic. Could not get the car in to Park so put the emergency brake on and called service. The service manager I had worked with since I purchased my Honda in 2017 was no longer there. The girl that answered the phone told me to call Honda Roadside Assistance and they were very nice and got a tow truck out quickly. I was told to call back to service once the car was on the way. This time I got to speak with Mike Hudak the Assistant Service Manager and he said he would be on the lookout for my car when it arrived. He called me right away to let me know when it arrived and told me after checking it out he would call me which he did. Turned out this was a recall on the gear shift button which I didn't know about. He got it taken care of it the same day and I picked up the car the next day. I asked him if it needed any other service at this time and he said it was checked over and everything was good and did not need anything more this time. The part was under warranty so I was happy about that. I was very pleased on how I was treated and will be sure to ask for Mike the next time I need to bring in my car for service. More

Great service! Brandon Honda always has amazing service with an easy drop off and pickup. Pre Trip Checkup I brought my car in for a pretrip checkup. It was a very busy morning at the dealership but a thorough job was done. The waiting area was very comfort I brought my car in for a pretrip checkup. It was a very busy morning at the dealership but a thorough job was done. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was able to read my newspaper in peace.. The coffee was great and the time seemed to fly by. In short it was a very pleasant experience. Mike Hudak is the only employee I spoke with for any length of time. As I was waiting a salesman did stop to talk to me about a trade in but I did was not interested and do not remember his name. Service excelled where management, finance, and sales failed I went in for an oil change and brought up to Mike Hudak that when I had bought my car ten months ago, they had only given me one key with my car (pus I went in for an oil change and brought up to Mike Hudak that when I had bought my car ten months ago, they had only given me one key with my car (push button). My dad recently also bought a used car from here, and when I asked the manager that was helping them why I only got one key and he received two. The manager told me that the previous owner must have only given back one key and I could buy one for ~$500. There was no mention of the fact that I might have had a warranty. My dad was then given paperwork that showed the key fob warranty (among others) that I never received. When I brought this up to Mike, he immediately put in to get me a new key fob without a second thought and told me where to go to talk to finance to get copies of that paperwork. He understood what I needed and excelled in the customer service that my salesman, the finance department, and even one of the managers had failed to give me. More

Service....Above and beyond I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very happy. I have 2 daughters one is going into her senior year in High School and the other will be in her second year at USF. Last week your service team did some needed maintenance on the 2003 Honda Element and yesterday the 2013 Jeep Patriot. Both are running great for the new school year. My wife's 2013 Pilot is at about 150K miles and running like new. Rachel quoted me yesterday on some up coming maintenance for my 2015 Jeep and when I get closer on the miles, I will be in for that service. Your team does a great job going above and beyond to keep me happy and work in my budget. Thanks for keeping my family safe on the road!! Joel More
