Helping to diffuse situations We take all our cars to Brandon Honda and we have no complaints about the customer service we receive there. On Sunday I took our 2nd car for an oil change and whilst I wont go into the boring parts of a a situation that went a little wrong from a quoted price, I was very pleased with how it was handled both by Mike Hudak the assistant manager in the service technicians department and Donnie the Manager over the department. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda and also our Salesman Chris Irvine who continues to check in on us (via text) every few weeks to make sure our new 2019 Honda Accord Sport is doing good. She is Chris and thanks. :) Thank you Donnie for turning a situation into a positive angle after all. More

Great service like always!! The work on my 2017 Ridgeline was suppose to be none in 2 and half hours but it was was finished in an 1 hour sooner . Much better I’ve been to this dealer several times, I’ve had horrible experience with Service and stuff and I went online to do the Vehicle Appraisal and then Ton I’ve been to this dealer several times, I’ve had horrible experience with Service and stuff and I went online to do the Vehicle Appraisal and then Tony B contacted me and set up an appointment for me an I came in had my vehicle appraised and then looked at different vehicles I ended up going with a 2017 Ford Fusion SE with 30k miles and I couldn’t be happier. The team I worked with was truly amazing and we negated terms and was very accommodating. Tony, Steven, & Jonathan were great and now I have a new service advisor to deal with directly (Mike) instead of getting the run around when I need to speak to someone about my car. The lifetime warranty is also a major plus for me. This visit definitely rebuilt the trust that was lost in the beginning with them from me owning my 2005 Honda Accord. More
