Outstanding Service I travel from downtown St. Petersburg because of the quality if this dealership instead of going to the dealership 5 miles away. Everyone was cordial I travel from downtown St. Petersburg because of the quality if this dealership instead of going to the dealership 5 miles away. Everyone was cordial and Mike really stood out. I have had a lot of trouble with my Bluetooth and hooking it up with my phone and told Mike as soon as I got there. I had been pretty frustrated and he calmly showed me what was wrong and explained how you need to delete sometimes and reconnect it. He walked me through each step. I was most grateful. I was told 2:00 completion time and I got paged at 2:02! You don't get more accurate than that! I left and could not find my expensive eyeglasses so I called to see if I left them there. Mike walked the property checking with everyone as I traced my steps trying to find them. I found them eventually in my car and called Mike back but was so grateful for his kindness. Thanks, Mike! More

1 hour as promised The 1st time we visited Brandon Honda was because of their proximity to our home on the east side of Tampa Bay. 3 years later we have never gone any w The 1st time we visited Brandon Honda was because of their proximity to our home on the east side of Tampa Bay. 3 years later we have never gone any where else. Was just there again for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the car back in less time than estimated and for the price quoted. The service here has always been excellent. Keep up the good work! Flat tires Mike Hudak did a great job getting my car in to fix 2 leaking tires. There was no damage so they were able to patch both. Front light replacement Mike was very helpful un getting the car in and serviced. Where I felt that Brandon Honda fell short it on communication. I was taken off site and Mike was very helpful un getting the car in and serviced. Where I felt that Brandon Honda fell short it on communication. I was taken off site and told I could call for pickup. I called at 10:55 and called again and called again and called again. I finally had someone pick me up well after 1. When I spoke to the driver he said no one told him I was waiting until 20 minutes ago. Someone seriously dropped the ball. I was standing on the side of a street. I would have called Uber but I didn't want to miss the driver as I was told every time I called "he is on his way" More
