I have had a lot of trouble with my Bluetooth and hooking it up with my phone and told Mike as soon as I got there. I had been pretty frustrated and he calmly showed me what was wrong and explained how you need to delete sometimes and reconnect it. He walked me through each step. I was most grateful. I was told 2:00 completion time and I got paged at 2:02! You don't get more accurate than that! I left and could not find my expensive eyeglasses so I called to see if I left them there. Mike walked the property checking with everyone as I traced my steps trying to find them. I found them eventually in my car and called Mike back but was so grateful for his kindness. Thanks, Mike! When I spoke to the driver he said no one told him I was waiting until 20 minutes ago. Someone seriously dropped the ball. I was standing on the side of a street. I would have called Uber but I didn't want to miss the driver as I was told every time I called "he is on his way" More
