Mike invited us to his office There he went to work on the paper work, which Mike handle very professional. Most important the car was finnish on the time frame, Mike told us, Very Impressive. Nice waiting area with WIFI and plenty to read. Had a follow up item with the service manager, and Dave was extremely helpful and generous with his time (and even supplied me with some tire dressing when I mentioned that what the dealer was using worked better than what I have been able to find myself). Dave really goes the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with their service. I am very fortunate that this is our local Lexus dealer. More
