AutoPark Honda covers all the bases! In time for Spring car-shopping/buying, I offer this POSITIVE REVIEW of AutoPark Honda of Cary. Note that our Nov. 30 purchase of a 2019 Accord EX f In time for Spring car-shopping/buying, I offer this POSITIVE REVIEW of AutoPark Honda of Cary. Note that our Nov. 30 purchase of a 2019 Accord EX from this dealership was the finale of my efforts to shop, price & negotiate purchase terms for our desired car totally via the Internet, thus limiting my dealership contact to a single purchase appt. AutoPark (AP) emerged as my 1st choice among 5 regional dealerships that I consulted, based on the following events. AP’s promptness and quality of responses quickly established it as a Dealership worthy of our consideration, starting with their assigned Internet Sales Coordinator (Christy Suh), and concluding with the G.M. (Mike Icenhour) & his Sales Mgrs. (Glenn Finkel & Brandon Rigney) who committed to negotiating final purchase terms with me in a very timely manner. Finally, our purchase appt. and post-purchase follow-up were very professionally handled by our Sales Consultant, Mark Williams. The Sales staff made 3 critical good-faith efforts to salvage our deal: They extended their best-price quote for a LX-model to our subsequently upgraded EX-choice; located an EX with our choice of (less common) interior-color at a partner-dealership; and included a dealership Protection Package (a standard dealership add-on) at a “discounted price” (3 useful items @ $375 as compared to as many as 5 items that cost up to $1070 at another dealership), plus lifetime oil changes at the dealership. What capped our decision to purchase with AP was a Sales Mgr’s late-evening outreach to us to confirm our final out-the-door cost, accompanied by an electronic draft Purchase Agreement to be consummated the next morning. The highlight of our Purchase appt. was the very professional delivery of our car by Mr. Williams-- who was a very good fit for us, given his low-key style and his comprehensive orientation of us to our new, high-tech. vehicle. His post-purchase follow-up was also very thorough, as he made himself (& AP’s resources) available to us for further orientation (Thus far, we’ve not chosen to take advantage of these resources due to Honda’s very comprehensive online resources for mastering features of the car). The low point of this appt. was “legal“-part with the Business Mgr., in which the our Title & Registration application was short-changed in deference to Dealer-mandated & over-the-top efforts to sell us an Extended Warranty coverage. In the course of this detailed session, I overlooked that I had brought my own license tag for our new car, which together with the Bus. Mgr’s failure to even ask if I had one, resulted in our being issued a new plate and much unnecessary work on my part to settle up with the NC-DMV re: my old plate & registration. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this Dealership for a new car (Honda) purchase, especially if you choose to negotiate your purchase virtually totally via the internet. Just be prepared for the "Business"-part of your purchase. More

The disappointing lack of professionalism from the sales person and sales manager leads me to believe they are actually trying to pull a bait & switch and are truly dishonest. The service department has a terrible reputation, so why buy a car from this dealership if the supposed free oil changes/loaner cars are never available on a timely basis? Very negative experience and terrible for the Honda brand. More

Absolutely No pressure to buy, they take their time to make sure you are getting the right car and that you are completely happy with your experience. Malik Moss has been my “car guy” for multiple car purchases and he’s awesome. I can ask as many questions as needed and he’s very knowledgeable about cars especially Honda’s. I have never had any issues with my cars I just love a newer car every couple years and Malik helps me find my next new car. More

We’ve been to other dealerships, both Honda and competitors; none have the professionalism of Autopark Honda. Whether its service, warranty, parts, or to purchase a new vehicle, Autopark Honda excels in every category. We’ve never once had an issue with any of the five Hondas we’ve purchased from Autopark Honda. The sales staff, the financing team, the service department, and the management have all gone out of their way to provide the best and most accommodating customer service possible. This dealership is top notch - both before the purchase and afterward. Specifically, we’d like to recognize Barbara Yarber and John Escano during our most recent Honda purchase. Barbara for her knowledge, time, and excellent sales support and John for wrapping up everything quickly and efficiently. Both professionals went out of their way to cover every question and made the buying experience very pleasant. We would highly recommend Autopark Honda, Barbara, and John to anyone. More

The BEST car dealership I've ever dealt with in my life. This is the most honest, caring and committed auto dealership I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. My salesperson Barbara Yarber is knowledgeable and most importantly honest and committed to her customer. I had no problem asking her opinion of various options and feeling very comfortable that her recommendations were in my best interest. Following my auto purchase as I was leaving the dealership parking lot (still in the lot) an individual backed into the side of my brand new car. I was devastated as they towed my car away. After some discussions with the dealership personnel the general manager made the decision to replace the car and the dealership would take responsibility for the crashed brand new car. I am so appreciative for the level of commitment to customer satisfaction by all of the employees starting at the very top. More

From the moment I drove on the lot until the moment I drove off the next day with my new car, he made sure I was heard, comfortable, and happy with the car that I was looking for and ultimately bought. Jeremey was well informed with the cars I wanted to test drive, guided me towards the better options for my budget and lifestyle, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the multiple cars I was interested in. Since it was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, I was anxious about finding a car that fit my needs and stayed in budget. Autopark Honda when I finally decided on a car were very helpful in giving me multiple financing options, getting me the best rate, and making sure everything was covered to assure that I was comfortable in purchasing a car that I was happy with. Before leaving the lot, after closing time, Jeremy made sure I was set (and knew how to operate my navigational system) before driving off. He further made sure in the following days that everything with my car was going well and I was happy with the car! I would definitely recommend Autopark Honda if you are interested in buying a new or used car, and would ask for Jeremy as your experience will be exceptional from beginning to end! More
