Poor Service What a Joke, Not one person in this entire dealership knows what anyone is doing. They could care less about the customer as long as they sell a vehic What a Joke, Not one person in this entire dealership knows what anyone is doing. They could care less about the customer as long as they sell a vehicle. 1st I go looking for a van for work. I knew what I could afford and after looking at the ProMasters. They sign me up for business link which is nice as I do not have wait for service I work 12 to 14 hour days. This was a turn on for me. After taking one for a test drive we come to an agreement on a price. My wife then says she thinks she would liker a newer car. Her and I told the salesman that we need 4 wheel drive or we would not be able to get to our cabin. Salesman says that is not a problem. My wife wanted a Jeep so he shows us a Patriot. Salesman says that will be perfect to get you to the cabin. Wife takes if for a test ride and tell the salesman she will let him know in the morning. I was told to come back 1st thing in the morning and my Van would be ready for me. My wife and I were there at 9am, by 3:00pm I still have not seen the finance department yet. They kept telling my that they were waiting for paperwork. Finally go in at 4:30pm and this clown gives me a price way higher than we agreed upon. So I tell him that is not going to happen. I got up and walked out. The salesman comes chasing me down. Now mind you I have wasted 2 full days and still no van. The GM comes out I forget his name. Asked if he will give me a few minutes to see what he can do. By now it is 6pm comes out and gives me the same price as we agreed upon. Just before he came back my phone blows up about someone checking my credit score. I quick looked into my credit score was 780 when this joker was done it was 510. I told him about it. The then told me after the first 2 payment it will be back were it was. Nope 4 months latter it is still in the 500’s. So almost 8pm and I get my van. Then my wife says I will see you tomorrow to pick up the Jeep. Had the Jeep a few days and I hear a noise from the rear. I know for a fact being in the automotive field for 20+ years that it was a wheel bearing. We take it back to the dealership and they said that there was nothing wrong with the Jeep and they all sound like that. Oil change light comes on after only putting a 1000 miles on it. Take it back and they tell me that the oil was changed and that the tech didn’t reset it. I told them also to check the noise coming from the back. A few hours latter my wife gets a call saying the left rear wheel bearing is bad and that is was going to cost over $400. That was not going to happen and did you change the oil. They said no it didn’t need it. I asked for service records on when the last oil change was and they could not produce them for me. So I told them to change the oil. This issue should have been fixed from first time we took it in a days after we bought it. So my wife talks with another manager Mike. He said that he will talk to the service director Shawn and that they would figure something out and for her to call in the morning. Wife calls and had to leave a message. When Shawn finally calls back he said that the sales department would pick up part of the bill at that it would only cost $248 and that he would apply that fee to an extended warranty. So she goes for it. Now they want to charge us $2000 for an extended warranty from Chrysler that after looking into Chrysler will not honor because the vehicle has 72,xxx miles on it. Now I find out that the Patriot is not 4 wheel drive. I thought all Jeeps were and the salesman even told us that it was 4 wheel drive. We dealt with Garry and Alex in service and when we came in to pick up the Jeep not one person new anything about the warranty. As for my ProMaster with Business Link drive up service next lift priority I go in for my first oil change and they asked if I had an appoint. I said no that I am a Business Link customer and I do not need an appointment. That was at 8:30am I figured I would get it done before work. The guy tells it won’t be done until after 5pm. I ask to speak with the GM and Mike comes out and says that I need an appointment. I set the appointment up for the following week. I tell the service guy that I was a Business Link customer and why I had to make an appointment. He told that I didn’t. So again not to happy. You all at Joe Cecconi’s need to get on the same page. Not a very happy customer More

Rude people all the way around I called Joe Cecconis because they were on my list of approved dealers who would take my loan. They decided they didn’t want to take my loan , and ins I called Joe Cecconis because they were on my list of approved dealers who would take my loan. They decided they didn’t want to take my loan , and instead of Amy saying that to me, they lied to me and told me they needed another co-signer. Without my permission they ran my credit again! So then they say I’m approved for a lesser car. Never call me back again after that. I call to find out what bank approved me , and the guy Mike rudely hangs up and say we can’t do the deal and hangs up. after they run my credit WITHOUT my permission! This place is a joke. More

Read the paperwork! First and foremost if you're thinking about going here for a car don't!! It's worth the extra time and miles to go to another dealer. I went in there First and foremost if you're thinking about going here for a car don't!! It's worth the extra time and miles to go to another dealer. I went in there looking for a 2016 S.U.V and was told by the finance they'd get me into what my bank would approve me for. Which according to them was a 2017 Jeep Compass. I was not thrilled about the 415 a month payment but it included what I owed on my previous vehicle. These guys really didn't seem to know what they were doing at all, totally all over the place. By the time we got the paperwork all said and done I was mentally and physically exhausted! By this time I just wanted everything done and over with, could always refinance but I wanted my Jeep. A week after I got it, they called me to say I had to come back in and sign again because it wasn't the correct VIN! They acted like it was no big deal, I looked up the Vin that I signed for and luckily it was the same style-no biggy. I looked at the paperwork closely and noticed that they had the wrong birth date and phone number. I had co-signed for my husband 2 weeks prior but I didn't need him for mine. (I only went because they said they would give me such a great deal because he bought one of their vans. After they sold the van he originally put a deposit on.) The lack of communication between all departments is unreal. More

Not good This place is a joke. I took my brother here at 10am on a Saturday, because he wanted to look at a truck he saw on their website. I never even thought This place is a joke. I took my brother here at 10am on a Saturday, because he wanted to look at a truck he saw on their website. I never even thought of buying a vehicle myself, as I don't have the best credit. While waiting for my brother I started wandering around and was almost immediately approached by a salesman. After some small talk I told him I wasn't really looking because I had bad credit, plus I didn't really need a car. He asked me what it would take to get me to buy one. I laughed and said I'd buy an SUV if he could keep it under $300 a month with no money down. He said something I didn't understand and hurried off. He found me about 20 minutes later and said he can do that. I was shocked. I was in disbelief so I asked for him to put it in writing. He did (luckily) and we both signed it. After looking at a bunch of used cars I was really liking a Hyundai Santa Fe. I noticed it had a dime sized dent that was rusty, so I asked if he could get that fixed. Again he mumbled something incoherent and wandered off. Half hour later he comes back and says don't worry about the rust, I can get you into a brand new Jeep Compass. I never really cared much for the look of them, but it's brand new, and given my credit situation I was kind of excited. I took one for a drive and was actually rather impressed. Much nicer than my 02 Grand Am. I told him I wanted either a white, black, or grey one. They had lots of red and green ones, and one white. He gave me the keys to it and told me to drive it around the lot. While I was doing this he had my Grand Am appraised. I wandered all over the lot twice and couldn't find it. Then he looked for it. Then several other people looked for it. Nobody could find it. By this time it was after 5pm. He had me fill out some more paperwork and told me to come back at 9am tomorrow and they would have the car there all ready to go. I'd just have to sign and drive away. He also said they would give me $1000 for my Grand Am. I was disappointed because book value for it is almost $2500. It's a loaded GT model in terrific condition. So I leave. Get there Sunday morning at 9am. Surprise, they don't open until 10. But the salesman is there too. Apparently he forgot what time they open. Seriously!? xxx. But at least "my" new white Jeep is there and ready to go. 10am comes and in we go. More sitting and waiting. I'm finally called into tI sign the paperwork. Manager is going over everything and tells me my monthly payment will be $429! Excuse me?? I tell him the salesman told me it will be under $300. Manager looks at me like I'm crazy and says he's sorry but they can't do that. I told him I had that in writing. Again I get that look. Then he goes through my folder and sees the paper that myself and the salesman signed. He slams the folder closed, swears a few times, apologizes, and storms out. A few minutes later I hear a very loud, but muffled conversation between him and the salesman. Salesman then comes in and apologizes, tells me he was "misinformed" and that they cannot honor our deal, then leaves. Manager comes back in. I tell him that I'm baffled and more than a little upset. I also mention that since the salesman wrote that down and we both signed it, that it's legally a binding contract (glad I took those business law classes in college). Manager asks me to leave his office for a moment. About an hour later he hands me a set of keys to a one year old Patriot, points it out, and asks me if I'd like to go look at it. I did. I liked it. More than the Compass. He tells me it's ready to go and I could have it for $300 a month, no money down. Also that it was prepped to go to someone else, but that buyer backed out so it was ready to go. Sign lots of papers. Then go to lobby to wait for the keys and registration. After about 2 hours I asked the salesman what was the wait. He tells me that the car needs to be inspected. I told him it already was inspected, and point out the new sticker on the windshield. He tells me that it's not valid because it was inspected for another buyer, not me. I was confused and bewildered. By this time it's after 3pm. I asked him how long that would take. He said it wouldn't be until Tuesday because there were no "inspection shops" open, and it was Labor Day weekend. I asked him what I'm supposed to do. They already took my old car. I also questioned the current inspection and why they couldn't inspect it themselves. He said a car has to be inspected for the individual buying it and that they can't do it there because it would be a "conflict of interest". He then tells me I'll have to get a ride home (I live in Buffalo), then come back Tuesday. I was pissed. I told him. He said "don't blame me, it's the crazy State laws". I called my girlfriend for a ride. Waited an hour for her to get there. Give minutes after I get home someone from the dealer calls me and asks where I am and when I'm taking my car. I explained what happened. They tell me I "must have misunderstood". Anger doesn't begin to describe my feelings. I get a ride back there. The salesman sees me coming in and is gone like a shot. A very friendly woman apologizes for any confusion and hands me my keys. In the end, I did get a car that I really like for the price that I wanted to pay. But really? I wasted my entire holiday weekend haven't been that angry, confused, or bewildered in a very long time. More
