Mr Dunn, I do apologize that you feel that I wouldn't return your calls or meet our commitments. I am typically out of the store Thursday evening and Friday, I happened to be in for meetings for part of the day on Friday. When I checked your message, I had my office verify that the old account had been settled, and then called you when I freed up. As far as the satellite, I may have misunderstood, as you told me that it wasn't a big deal, as you would wind up paying the subscription. If your brother wants satellite radio for the car, we'll take care of it, just like I told you. Let me know, whatever you want me to do, let me know. Mike please understand I'm dealing with a lot of other things in my life. I have health issues and issues with my kid, brother and mother. The sugar problems cause me to get angry. When i got out of the hospitol and things were clearer I edited my review. I see your doing what you can to fix things and I appreciate it. Your guys can talk with Jerry when he comes in for his oil change. I can't continue with this as its just another turd on the pile. You said his oil change is NOT in April. Mrs Rickard, I certainly do apologize for the inconvenience that our paperwork error ultimately caused you, and would be more than happy to work with you to make that right for you. I believe that you have been in contact with my sales manager David. From speaking with him, he seems to believe that a significant component of your dissatisfaction involved the down payment that was ultimately required to complete the vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, that is an area that I do not have a lot of control over, as the finance companies dictate how much they are willing to advance on any particular deal. It does appear that we were able to obtain a fairly reasonable APR (3.49) as a part of this deal, which will help to save you quite a bit of money in the long run. I didn't realize it earlier, but I have spoken to your brother on a few occasions her in our service department - without connecting him to you in any fashion. I think he would tell you that Im fairly easy to work with in the few times we've spoken. In the meantime, I pulled an email address of buffalo_dives@yahoo.com, which is where I routed a prior email intended for you, and a cell of 507-6402. If you help me get that information corrected, we can maybe 'restart' getting this straight for you. It is very clear that a number of elements came together to go wrong - one of which being we had hired several temporary salespeople for the weekend - the man you dealt with was the only individual that I did not personally know prior to the weekend, and in all honesty, I would not bring him back to my store - although it would not be fair of me to pass all of the blame in his direction. As a team, we dropped the ball, which is a shame, as we were able to secure you very preferential financing given the entire circumstance, and it could have been a good opportunity to establish a solid relationship. I'd be more than happy to discuss the situation and see what I can do for you, I do try to work hard to put things right whenever they get off to a bad start.
