Christopher vazsquez is the greatest service manager and has on multiple occasions went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the level of service that I was given. He makes sure my vehicle gets out in a reasonable amount of time unlike a lot of other dealers I have dealt with. I NEVER have an issue . This dealer has gained my trust I am now a Raving fan. Best of the Best! I went in complaining about noise coming from under the front end after hitting a pot hole on I-95 in Miami (thanks Miami-Dade County Public Works!). Long story short, ended having to replace several front suspension and steering components. Joe Salerno is the man! He walked me through the estimate, negotiated with the insurance appraiser, and fixed my Outback as soon as everything was approved by my insurer. I cannot say enough good things about Joe, his shop, and the dealership. This is my FOURTH Subaru, and will never go back to any other brand! Love! P.S. For a moment, I thought I would have to purchase a new car, and Mike Kahuk walked me through possible trade in and purchase/lease options. He was a gentleman and very helpful! More

I started my sales journey by first visiting Bird Road Subaru, as the dealership is only 10 minutes from my home in Miami. No kidding, the two salesman and even the Sales Manager at that dealership did not want to show new cars on their lot as it was raining outside. I left this dealership in frustration to drive 40 minutes in terrible South Florida traffic to visit Subaru on Pembroke Pines. WOW!!! Words can't even begin to describe the professionalism of this Dealership. Within an hour and half, I walked out with a brand new 2019 CrossTrek fully loaded. From my salesman, Mike Kahuk to the Sales Manager, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me to the right car with the right options for my daughter. My only complaint with this Dealership.... is it too far from my house! But there's zero chance I'll ever step foot and go back to Bird Road Subaru... not even for a cup of coffee. More
