I started my sales journey by first visiting Bird Road Subaru, as the dealership is only 10 minutes from my home in Miami. No kidding, the two salesman and even the Sales Manager at that dealership did not want to show new cars on their lot as it was raining outside. I left this dealership in frustration to drive 40 minutes in terrible South Florida traffic to visit Subaru on Pembroke Pines. WOW!!! Words can't even begin to describe the professionalism of this Dealership. Within an hour and half, I walked out with a brand new 2019 CrossTrek fully loaded. From my salesman, Mike Kahuk to the Sales Manager, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me to the right car with the right options for my daughter. My only complaint with this Dealership.... is it too far from my house! But there's zero chance I'll ever step foot and go back to Bird Road Subaru... not even for a cup of coffee. More

Mike went out of his way to locate the vehicle I desired. He had it delivered to the dealership with no extra charge. Installed all my accessories tinted windows to my liking and filled my gas tank all at an excellent price. He managed to get me a fair price for my trade in. You can find a great dealership but it a sales person that can make or break the deal. Subaru of Pembroke Pines is an excellent dealership and Mike Kahuk is a great person and an excellent product specialist. THANK YOU Mike. More

Don't close the deal with Finance Manager w/ou Sales Rep They are good in selling, not very friendly in explaining the details. Then the worse come, you called the finance manager and he gives you an answer of why the costs were higher and then you have the sales director calling you and giving you another answer totally different? Who do we trust in this case? Besides that they delivered the car without the second key. More

I was buying a car for my daughter and wanted something safe, both in terms of crash ratings and the tech features (i.e. Rear view camera, blind spot warning, SOS button, etc.). Mike explained all the features and on top of that helped me buy the car at a very fair price. I would no hesitate to buy another car from Subaru, and if I did, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone other than Mike Kahuk. More

I visited the showroom and looked at a couple of options after test driving the car. He explained the vehicle and the different programs available. Everyone was friendly and you feel very comfortable. It was late so I had to leave but called him next day and kept working with him until we agree to a deal. Then we came back and the car was ready, and everything was as discussed. Finance was very good with Emilio and Mike delivered our new car. Very impressed with the level of professionalism of Mike and team. I see why this is the number 1 Subaru and Lexus dealer in South Florida. All those years being so close and did not know. Thank you!
