Thank you @igor_subie for giving us a great deal and we were able to upgrade our 2018 Forester Premium into a 2020 Forester Sports. Our second car from Igor. It was actually a pleasant experience Lease was ending on my Accord and I wanted another one with manual transmission. 3 Honda dealers pretended to be trying to locate one for me and led m Lease was ending on my Accord and I wanted another one with manual transmission. 3 Honda dealers pretended to be trying to locate one for me and led me to believe one could be ordered - then I was shocked to read in a magazine Honda is no longer making Accords with manual. I wasn't even considering any other car but I was so frustrated and angry I decided to give the Subaru WRX a try since manual transmission is standard on that model. Salesman Mike Kahuk was the complete opposite of the cliche shady Honda salesmen. At our first meeting for a test drive as soon as I sat in the car I got a call from the hospital where I work that I needed to come in ASAP. I rescheduled the test drive for the next day, loved the car and sat with Mike to go over the terms of a lease - pretty much just like on their website. No pretending, no secret talks with the manager, no extra miscellaneous upcharges - he just gave me the best deal right away. Then I had to make arrangements to turn in my leased Honda and Mike advised me on how to approach that. Then our area got hurricane warnings and I was called in to do extra shifts at the hospital and had to keep postponing the date to actually sign the papers and pick up the car because of the weather and my insane work schedule. Mike was so patient and understanding. He even helped facilitate the transfer of my Accord to a nearby Honda dealer. He was such a pleasure to deal with - polite, reassuring, knowledgeable. Getting a new car is exciting - it shouldn't be a stressful ordeal playing games. Mike made it a pleasant experience even during this challenging time. More

I've decided to move on This place is a joke, I have dealt with you with my now 2-1/2 year old 2017 Subaru Forester. Love my vehicle, Unfortunately I don't believe your service team deserves any more of my patience. Done with the stories I am told in service. 3 hours turn into 6 hours. 15 minutes stuck in car wash turns into an hour and the vehicle comes out without going thru the wash. I could go on, but you are not worth my time. I've already wasted too much of my time on you all. Will be pursuing another dealership More

This dealership, and Mike Kahuk, specifically, made this car buying process so enjoyable! In 30 years of buying cars, I have never enjoyed/ could barely tolerate the process! Service department was prompt in taking my car and called my cell when car was being washed so by the time I got back everything was done. Very good service from Elba. Very disapointed with the brand. Since I got the lease, I never was able to use the navigator on the screen. After 2 updates, the last time, (January 2020) the radio was replaced and... the navigator does no never was able to use the navigator on the screen. After 2 updates, the last time, (January 2020) the radio was replaced and... the navigator does not work. I am paying for a service I am not getting, I feel I am driving an old car, with many recalls and the only thing I wanted was the navigator when I signed the lease. Waiting to finish the lease. Also, I am sending checks every month for the payment, Chase never HELPED me with the account to do it on line after many calls. I created the account but Chase does not find me... More
