Not patronizing and managers make themselves available face to face quickly - which minimizes back and forth and frustration with a typically stressful process. Good inventory, not pushy, and know their product. Its my second purchase from them over 9 years and a second good experience. Mike Kahuk was solid, no games, and facilitated a sale from a buyer that had already made his decision to buy - but just needed to choose from whom. Subaru Pembroke Pines got my business again. More
