I bought/paid for my car on Thursday Jan 2nd and I have yet to recieve my car. Something about upgrading the licensure computer system. I am just dissapointed with the whole process. My experience with the LIA Toyota of Wilbraham was good. Mike Kaplan was very knowledgeable and helpful during the buying process. I had a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience at Lis Toyota of Wilbraham. I went to see a particular used truck and Michael Kaplan had it right there and ready upon my arrival. I took it for a spin and then we sat down to talk trade and numbers. They made me a very reasonable offer for my trade and accepted my counter offer in a matter of minutes. It was a low key, no pressure transaction. Picked up the truck two days later. The finance process was quicker than any I had had experienced. Michael took the time to show us all the features of the truck and we were off! I highly recommend this dealership. More
