The dealership was good but what concerned us was all the added fees to the price of the vehicle with no explanation. Once we got to the final step the disclaimer stated it was profit added on. I had an amazing experience at Kelly Ford on 1/28. I dropped by the Service Dept with a question about my 2012 Lincoln MKX and was greeted by Maria and Lee. This is where my day took a serious upward turn that sent me home in my gorgeous 2021 Lincoln Nautilus!! The amazing twist is that I purchased my MKX from Kelly Ford back in 2016!!
